SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Costs We ship all orders via Royal Mail Signed For service, which includes tracking and requires a signature upon delivery.

Our flat rate shipping costs are:

  • United Kingdom: £5.99
  • European Union: £14.99
  • International (USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and other selected countries): £23.99

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK: 2-3 working days after dispatch
  • EU: 5-10 working days after dispatch
  • International: 7-14 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking via Royal Mail Signed For service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Signature Required As we use Royal Mail Signed For service, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you're not available, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures

Shipping Marine Products All marine equipment and rope products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take special care with our products to protect them during transit.
